When Should I Switch From The Newborn To The Toddler Cover?
As each baby is different, we do not recommend a set age to change from the harnessed newborn cover to the non-harnessed toddler cover. However we suggest making the change once your little one can support themselves sitting up.
How Do I Adjust The Harness Strap Lengths On The Newborn Cover?
To make adjustments to the harness length, simply remove the top cover with the zip (under the padded zip cover), turn over the newborn cover and use the buckle adjusters to change the length of the straps. For comfort and safety, always ensure that the lengths of both the left and righ hand side straps are adjusted to an equal length.
How Do I Adjust The Amount Of Beans In My Snuggle Seat?
To adjust the bean filling level of your Snuggle Seat, remove the top cover with the zip (under the padded zip cover). Next remove the white inner filling bag and unzip both the external and internal zips. You can use the free bean transfer kit provided with your Snuggle Seat to easily transfer any excess beans into their original stockinette bag, or to add additional beans from the stockinette bag. For more information, please read our Filling Instructions.
We recommend a relatively firm fill for newborns, where they can still sink into the bean bag, whilst supported. For toddlers and older children, we recommend only filling your Snuggle Seat with 50% of the beans provided, so that it can mould into a comfortable seat for your children.

What Weight Can Snuggle Seat Be Used Up To?
Our Snuggle Seat Baby & Toddler Bean Bags are designed for safe use up to the weight of 30kg.
Does Snuggle Seat Come With A Guarantee?
All of our Snuggle Seat products come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, giving you time to see the quality of the product. Please Note: For hygeine reasons only unfilled and unused Snuggle Seats may be returned under the Guarantee.

Questions About Delivery & Returns
Do You Deliver To My Country?
At the moment, we can only deliver to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. However we hope to be able to offer our Snuggle Seat throughout Europe by the Summer of 2018!
Do You Offer Next Day Or Nominated Day Delivery?
Not just yet. We will be offering an Express/Nominated Day Service by the middle of January 2018 for our customers on the UK Mainland.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Our Standard Delivery service typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the day that you place your order. During peak times such as over Christmas and New Year however, this can take up to a maximum of 10 working days.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, you can! Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from our courier partners confirming that your order is on its way. In the email will be a link to track the progress of your order and view estimated delivery dates.
I Missed My Delivery. What Happens Now?
Typically our courier partners will leave a calling card confirming delivery to a neighbour or the placement of your parcel in a safe place near your property. However if this is not possible or is not deemed safe to do so, they will leave a calling card informing you that they will reattempt delivery on the next working day..
My Order Has Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?
Unfortunately on rare occasions orders can become damaged in transit and this is not always clear until the parcel is opened. Always check your parcel when receiving from the courier. However if your parcel is damaged and you didn't realise, you can Contact Us and our team will help to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
I Need To Return My Snuggle Seat. What Do I Do?
We appreciate that there are sometimes circumstances in which you may need to return your Snuggle Seat and so we always endeavour to make the process as easy as possible. The best thing to do is Contact Our Team quoting your order reference number, so that we can help you to return your order. PLEASE NOTE: Our office address is not our returns address and any returns sent here are not guaranteed to be processed. All returned items must be in saleable condition in their original packaging, with no stains or odours.
