Do You Deliver To My Country? 

At the moment, we can only deliver to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. However we hope to be able to offer our Snuggle Seats throughout Europe very soon!

Do You Offer Next Day Or Nominated Day Delivery? 

Not just yet. We will be offering an Express/Nominated Day Service soon. But in the meantime, get your order placed and we'll do our very best to get it out to you in the shortest possible time. 

How Long Does Delivery Take? 

Our Standard Delivery service typically takes 48 Hours however it can take up to 5 working days from the day that you place your order. During peak times such as over Christmas and New Year however, this can take up to a maximum of 10 working days.

Can I Track My Order? 

Yes, you can! Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from our courier partners confirming that your order is on its way. In the email will be a link to track the progress of your order and view estimated delivery dates.

I Missed My Delivery. What Happens Now? 

Typically our courier partners will leave a calling card confirming delivery to a neighbour or the placement of your parcel in a safe place near your property. However if this is not possible or is not deemed safe to do so, they will leave a calling card informing you that they will reattempt delivery on the next working day..

My Order Has Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do? 

Unfortunately on rare occasions orders can become damaged in transit and this is not always clear until the parcel is opened. Always check your parcel when receiving from the courier. However if your parcel is damaged and you didn't realise, you can Contact Us and our team will help to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

I Need To Return My Snuggle Seat. What Do I Do? 

We appreciate that there are sometimes circumstances in which you may need to return your Snuggle Seat and so we always endeavour to make the process as easy as possible. The best thing to do is Contact Our Team quoting your order reference number, so that we can help you to return your order. PLEASE NOTE: Our office address is not our returns address and any returns sent here are not guaranteed to be processed. All returned items must be in saleable condition in their original packaging, with no stains or odours.
